  are you looking for a gluten free meal option? you’ve found your place. the crustless pan pizza is so good. they also have a ton of other good stuff but that’s my favorite! give this place a try. highly recommend.

  I visited this restaurant for the first time on saturday and hands down the best pizza i ever ate! the staff was so friendly and helped me order for my family and I. we enjoyed the atmosphere and how the girls up front kept up with the busy crowd! definitely will be going back!

  Very friendly service!! We ate here bewteen softball games with our 8U travel softball team (All 30 of us) and the pizza was great and fast!! Get a brownie for desert!!

  I usually don't post reviews, but I have enjoyed Rocky's Pizza for many years and have recently seen a change in the service. That being said, the food was as good as always, no complaints there. The issue I saw last evening was the staff. When my husband and I walked into the restaurant there was a lady in front of us picking up an order. She had apparently placed the order to go and it was not ready when she arrived. Instead of the staff apologizing, they were arguing with her. Stating "well, you were told on the phone it would be 30 minute." The lady answered by stating "and I've waiting here longer than that. I can't wait any longer." To which the younger of the two staff members left, came back with a pizza and slammed it on the counter without even a "thank you". The customer left pretty upset, understandably. But what was worse is after she left instead of just letting it go, the two staff members proceeded to discuss the matter openly for all in the restaurant to hear. All while we attempted to order our food. It made me very uncomfortable. This is not good customer service. No amount of good food can make up for bad manners.

  Being generous with 2 stars, Folks... As I sat waiting for my order, I realized they had only begun working on it after I arrived, even though it had been called in already. The worst part, it was utter chaos with the staff when I walked in to pick up my order - despite no one in the lobby. The managers need to be aware how the staff are complaining openly up front, which was being done loudly & persistently when I walked in & during my wait... The negative atmosphere was so palatable. I wasn't able to talk with the clerk ringing me up because she was focused on talking down & calming her coworker, who interrupted repeatedly & kept looping the clerk into a conversation rather than allow her to serve me. The glare she gave me didn't help as I debated cancelling my order & whether to ever return. Oddly, the staff acted less interested in serving customers and more vested in their personal gripes. It seems they're not aware that customer patronage pays their checks. // Overall, I was disappointed since this restaurant is known for friendly and patron-focused service. I gave 2 stars because the food was good, redeeming the unpleasant exchange at pick up. My hope is the staff issue is addressed & attitudes are adjusted. I'm afraid it may drive away business otherwise. There's so many other options, especially in Jonesborough. #BeBetter
